Proclaimed the “Greenest Zoo in America®” in 2010, the Cincinnati
Zoo has continued to lead the way in sustainability and green
initiatives by greening its daily operations and reducing its impact on
the environment. The Zoo has saved one billion gallons of water
since 2006 and has constructed more than 30,000 square feet of
pervious pavement, allowing thousands of gallons of stormwater to
be stored at a time. Tour admission will also include admission to the
PNC Festival of Lights.
