"Guiding Customers with Education and Awareness"

Glenn Marzluf, CEO of Del-Co Water, will host our workshop and provide an explanation of rate setting in the public sector. We'll also learn about Del-Co's Leak Adjustment Program and Service Line Protection Option.  These presentations will be followed by a tour of Del-Co's Water Treatment Facility.  In the afternoon, Kim Puckett from the BRIDGES Community Action Partnership will provide information on how we can direct customers experiencing difficulties to community services.  This will be followed by a round-table discussion on this important topic.
